The move by Russian authorities to target Jehovah's Witnesses who are widely viewed as an American Religion may actually be the Russian Governments way of letting the United States know that they're not as invulnerable as they let on.
The 1987 Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty, generally known as the I.N.F. put in place to resolve a crisis that occurred in the 1980's when the Soviet Union launched an SS-20 missile, capable of carrying three nuclear warheads to which the US responded the Pershing II missiles.
The deal was cut by President Reagan and Soviet leader Mikhail S. Gorbachev, and was established to ban weapons that could trigger a nuclear war and reach their targeted destination in some 10 minutes.
However, due to violations of the treaty, according to the White House, Trump confirmed that the US was pulling out of the deal.
Russias attack on Jehovah's Witnesses has been confirmed by multiple eyewitnesses and although Fox News reported on Feb 23rd that Russian plan on looking into the incident, the reality is more likely that they already knew and are trying to save face internationally while secretly targeting the United States through religions persecution of Jehovah's Witnesses who had their modern-day stat on US soil.
