‘Low T’ can start at a younger age

“Low T,” (aka: low testosterone, male menopause, or andropause) is a condition when men’s testosterone levels are naturally reduced. This condition happens typically in relation to a man’s age. As men grow older, their testosterone naturally decreases. However, a recent analytics study estimates that low testosterone begins on men as early as the age 40.
Having low testosterone levels can cause a number of problems, such as insomnia, weight gain, sexual problems, decreased muscle and bone density, anger and depression. Doctors recommend logical measures to slow down the process such as exercise, a good diet, get enough rest and take important supplements, such as vitamin D (naturally produced by the body when exposed to the sun), and zinc - which are two key nutrients needed for the body’s natural testosterone production.
