Veteran US border patrol agent suspected of being a ‘serial killer’

The Webb County District Attorney, Texas is charging a 10-year US Border Patrol agent, and a US Navy veteran Juan David Ortiz (no relation) with 4 counts of murder, unlawful restraint with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

According to authorities, the profiles of the victims were pretty much the same: women prostitutes. Police arrested him after one of the victims escaped a kidnap attempt. When she was questioned by police, she gave detailed description of the suspect, including his tattoos.
